Concert and Exhibition Complex in the Primorsky District of Odesa. Location and Landscape.

The project is located in the Primorsky district of Odesa. A significant portion of the site consists of a slope covered with acacia trees.

 

On the side of Zhvanetsky Boulevard, low-value trees grow chaotically, obstructing the panoramic view of the Odesa Bay.

 

Transport Accessibility.

The parking entrance is organized from Prymorska Street, while the exit is directed to Viyskovyi Descent.

 

A newly designed staircase parallel to the existing pedestrian bridge ensures convenient access between the upper terrace of Zhvanetsky Boulevard and the lower recreational area.

Landscaping and Greening.

The project includes comprehensive landscaping: paving, guest parking, fountains, street lighting, benches, and open terraces with panoramic sea views. In addition to permanent greenery, temporary landscaping is planned for the warm season.

 

The completion of Hohol Street and Zhvanetsky Boulevard is envisioned with the installation of a monument to a great writer.

 

Architectural Solutions.

The concert and exhibition complex consists of 12 levels, designed with respect to the site’s complex topography.

The main design principle is slope terracing, allowing the structure to integrate harmoniously into the natural landscape.

 

Functional Zoning:

• Parking (100 spaces) is located on the two lower levels, with entry from Prymorska Street and exit via Viyskovyi Descent.

• Restaurant with an open summer terrace and service facilities at level 0.000.

• Children’s fitness center and play area at level +3.300.

• Gym and exhibition hall at level +6.600.

• Auditorium with recreational areas and a buffet at level +9.900.

• Main auditorium, vestibule, and cloakroom at level +13.200.

• Viewing lodges and administrative offices at level +16.500.

• Observation deck with a decorative pool at level +20.400, creating unique visual effects and enhancing the microclimate of the area.

• Temporary accommodation apartments at levels +23.700 and +27.300.

• Technical floor at level +30.900.

The central entrance is located at level +20.400, leading visitors into a spacious lobby with an administrator’s desk and access to elevators and stairs connecting all levels of the complex.
