Reconstruction of the Chornomorskyi Yacht Club Water Sports Complex.
The Chornomorskyi Yacht Club Water Sports Complex is located in the Prymorskyi district of Odesa, near Otrada Beach (traverses 7-9). The site is bordered by city beaches to the north and south, the Health Route to the west, and the Black Sea to the east.

The reconstruction project aims to comprehensively improve the infrastructure, including an advanced stormwater drainage system to prevent water accumulation on roads, sidewalks, and open areas. Access to the complex is planned via a newly designed road from Azarova Lane, which runs underneath the Health Route.

Facilities and Functional Zones.

The renovated complex will feature several key structures:

• The existing sailing school

• A water sports club

• A diving club

• A marine tourism club

 

Water Sports Club.
The six-story water sports club will house a variety of functions. The ground level will serve as a storage space for boats, with boat sheds that can also be used as a guest parking area when the boats are in use.

The upper floors will include 192 crew and boat owner rooms, offering comfortable accommodations for visitors.

 

The club will also feature an exhibition hall, a restaurant with an open summer terrace, and two additional terraces at +13.2 m and +16.8 m. For formal receptions and special events, a large panoramic terrace of 1,300 m² is planned at +20.4 m, offering a unique venue with stunning views of the Black Sea.

Diving Club.
The diving club will consist of multiple levels. The lower level will feature an access road and open boat sheds, while the upper levels will contain 19 two-level modular units designed for temporary accommodation of divers.

Marine Tourism Club.

The centerpiece of the complex will be the 16-story marine tourism club, a modern high-rise building that includes:

• Two levels of a podium (stylobate)

• Main floors with hotel-like accommodations

• A technical floor at +54.3 m, featuring a swimming pool

The first floor will house:

• A parking garage with an automated system for 80 vehicles

• A lobby area

• A restaurant kitchen and bar

​

The second floor will feature a 300-seat restaurant hall, a yacht club museum, and a library.

On the third floor, there will be administrative offices, including:

• Customs control offices

• A medical center

• Coaches’ offices and training rooms

​

The upper levels will include 175 crew restrooms, offering comfortable lodging for seafarers.

At the very top, on the 16th floor, a fitness and wellness center will be located, complete with a swimming pool and gym facilities.

The reconstruction of the Chornomorskyi Yacht Club will transform it into a world-class water sports and marine tourism complex. Designed with modern architecture and sustainable infrastructure, the project seamlessly integrates into the natural coastal environment while enhancing opportunities for nautical recreation and competitive sailing.
