Diving Center in Odesa.
Location: The diving center is situated on the Black Sea coastline in Odesa’s Primorsky district. The complex is located on an artificially created beach between traverses No. 15-16, near Dolphin Beach.
The total site area is 830 m², featuring natural terrain and an access road from the northwest, near the Santorini restaurant. To protect the coastline, the project includes gravel backfilling, ranging from 5 to 8 meters in width.
Architectural Concept.
The building consists of two floors with an accessible rooftop. The main façade is made of glass, offering panoramic sea views and forming a light, modern architectural composition.
The project is designed with inclusivity in mind, incorporating convenient ramps and an elevator to ensure accessibility to the second floor for people with limited mobility.
Functional Zoning.
The first level includes dedicated areas for water sports and recreational activities, such as:

Terrace for physiotherapy, gymnastics, and yoga, allowing the complex to be operational year-round.
Rest areas are designated for both visitors and staff, ensuring a comfortable experience within the center.

The building's finishes incorporate modern, high-quality materials that emphasize both functionality and aesthetics, blending harmoniously with the natural environment and coastal infrastructure. The project is committed to preserving the existing landscape features and ensuring a careful approach to coastal reinforcement structures.
